Informational use only
Crossborder Tax Tool provides general orientation for ecommerce tax exposure. It is not tax, legal, accounting, customs, or financial advice.
Rules can change and your facts may matter. Always confirm registration, collection, filing, pricing, or customs decisions with a qualified professional.
No professional relationship
Using this site does not create a client, accountant, attorney, tax adviser, customs broker, or fiduciary relationship.
The report, PDF, calculator, guides, and email templates are preparation aids for your own review or for a professional conversation.
Calculator and self-check limits
The VAT/GST calculator performs arithmetic based on the rate and amount you enter. It does not decide whether you must register, collect, remit, or file.
The self-check uses a deterministic rules engine and simplified assumptions. It is not a complete jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction filing analysis.
Paid report and refunds
Paid checkout, receipts, license keys, and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

A license key activates one browser instance for the relevant purchase flow. During the license month, that browser can start over and regenerate reports. Do not share, resell, or abuse license keys.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or APIs.
Do not submit secrets, personal sensitive data, payment card data, or confidential business records into feedback fields.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that every rule is complete, current for your exact facts, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, lost-profit, tax, penalty, filing, or business-decision losses from using or relying on the site.

We may update the product, pricing, rules, pages, and these terms. The updated date on this page shows the current version.
